These Terms govern your use of Quirl. By using the app you agree to them.
Quirl converts recipe scans into Thermomix instructions using automated processing. Conversions are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors — always use your own judgement when cooking, especially for times, temperatures and food safety. Quirl is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Vorwerk, Thermomix or Cookidoo.
You are responsible for the recipes and images you scan and save, and for ensuring you have the right to use them. You retain ownership of your content. Recipes stay private to your account unless you choose to publish a shareable link, which you can revoke at any time.
Do not use Quirl to infringe others' rights or to upload unlawful content, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple account. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
The free tier includes a limited number of scans per month. Limits may change over time.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AppSpeedway is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from reliance on converted recipes.
We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
